DESCRIPTION

CHANEL introduces a new sensorial richness to the daily cleansing routine with a collection of simple and effective makeup removers and cleansers. These universal creations are dedicated to all women and skin types, and offer the most exquisite makeup removal.

LA MOUSSE deeply cleanses and purifies the skin. It frees it from impurities, such as pollutants, dust, sweat and excess sebum, while removing traces of makeup. On contact with water, the rich cream texture transforms into a generous, enveloping foam.

This indispensable step becomes a pure moment of wellbeing and leaves skin clean, soft and comfortable. The complexion glows with freshness.

HOW TO USE

1. Place a small amount of LA MOUSSE (a) into the palm of your hand and work into a foam with water (b).
2. Apply onto face and massage over skin with circular movements. Avoid contact with eyes.
3. Rinse thoroughly with water. Pat skin dry with a clean towel.

Use morning and evening.

Caution: in case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately. Do not store in extreme temperatures.

At the heart of LA MOUSSE, a unique blend of two marine plant extracts helps combat pollution while preserving skin’s essential rhythms.
- Blue micro-algae protect cells from micro-stress caused by pollution.*
- Marine salicornia extract moisturises and strengthens the skin.

RETURNS

Product(s) purchased online through CHANEL e-shop cannot be exchanged or returned at any CHANEL point of sales.

For CHANEL e-shop product(s) exchange or return, kindly contact our Customer Care (+965) 229 791 25 within maximum (15) fifteen days from receiving the order, and a Customer Care advisor will assist with your request.

Product(s) must be returned in the same condition as received in its original box and packaging unopened. Exchange or return request for opened or used product(s) will not be accepted.

If all the conditions are satisfied, you will be refunded of the return product(s) within 10 business days depending on the different payment providers.

2. Where do you deliver?

CHANEL e-shop up delivers to all Kuwait addresses. For any inquiries regarding delivery options, kindly contact our Customer Care (+965) 229 791 25.

Orders may not be delivered to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses or to any address outside of Kuwait.

3. How do I order online?

After selecting the product you wish to order through the CHANEL e-shop, please click "add to cart" and indicate your desired quantity.

You may view and edit the content of your cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon found at the top right corner of all pages on the website.

By clicking "view cart," you will be able to validate or edit your cart and then proceed to checkout.

Once your payment has been made, a confirmation page will appear with your order number indicating your order has been received. A confirmation of the order will also be sent to your e-mail address.

4. Can I edit my shipping details after placing an order?

5. What are my payment options? Can I pay using an international credit card?

We only accept payment via debit or credit card, including KNET, MasterCard and Visa. You must be the cardholder of the card used for purchase.

6. When will my payment be processed?

Once the online transaction is completed, your card will be charged automatically upon order validation.

7. I'm having trouble with my credit card information for my online order

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, we kindly encourage you to double check card details such as expiration date, CVV or security code before attempting a new payment.
